Thank you guys for all of your input and thoughts. I'm going with my gut in saying it's a male, but will update this post in a month or so with new pics for identification. In the meanwhile, it would be great to see some pics of GT females with this type of nice coloration (I've never seen females with this type of coloration/fin reticulation at such a small size). Thanks!

Here is one more of him/her before my next update. This is a much better side shot (I apologize that it's blurry, I shot this with no flash).
My female GT (Short body gene)(Balloon). She's about 3.5" and has already laid eggs once. I originally thought she was a he, because of the colors...I was very wrong.
