Mine showed red like that before he was large enough for krill. What pellet do you feed him? Mine got NLS as a baby, now he gets omega one.

You guys might have seen mine already. He's about 5"(TL) maybe. Diet is raw shrimp, cichlid gold, Omega One, and Ken's cichlid pellets. Also feed homemade conconction.

Pellet mix of Hikari Gold, Bio-Gold and Excel. And Hikari Frozen Blood Worms, Daphnia, Brine and Krill (When he'll take it)

I just picked this guy up a couple days ago. I didn't have a quarantine tank set up so I had to put him in my 75g with all my other fish. He was kind enough to give them all ick! It was so light on him that I didn't even notice it 'til the other fish got it.

He will soon reside in the 220g that I'm picking up tomorrow. :D

The Green Terror is beautiful!

This thread made me miss my last GT, so I've been looking for one the past few days but to no avail.

On a whim, I decided to check at Tongs Fish World in the SGV, and they had babies so I picked up this lil Gold Saum:

He looks promising! Does anyone else find it easy to pick out a juvie that will turn into a quality 'royal' Saum?

there's Marley, my pride and joy who's constantly interested in what I'm doing when I'm in my room. The injury on his dorsal fin was a bit worse when I bought him a week ago but it's healing nicely.
