GT got bashed

I got home today to find my male Salvini giving my male GT a right kickin. They are saperated now but my GT has many scales missing and a cloudy eye. The GT has been on at my Sal ever since i put him in the tank around three months ago, I guess the Sal must of finally had enough. My main concern is the eye will it repair or will he lose it.

I had a GT take a beeting from a 18inch walking cat, Also when I first got the Xanthic Jag you nipper has he was the same, both of his eyes was white and peeling, they turned out just fine, I should think they will be good again with a little TLC and time.

Thanks for the reply shane, Hopefully the healing process will be quick. I'm pleased to hear that the eye will come good (hopefully). Hows the Red Terrors comming along? Cubans are looking nice (seen your pics in the photo lounge).

if you are concerned with infection add some salt or melafix to the water as a precautionary treatment

Yeah, with the Xanthic I did add some salt to the tank.

----------- I have 4 of them, 3 are only about an inch and the big 1 is around 2+ easy maby 3inches

------ The Cubans have just spawned again making it #5 now with me, they are eating Cichlid Gold very well but are still supper shy and skittish.

------ mine are doing good, growing at all diff speeds, some are still only around the 2inch mark where as some are 6+inches, how big and how well are you little Jags doing?

I see howards big pair spawned but no out-come.
