GT in 30 long

Does anyone know how long a GT could live in a 30 gallon long by himself?

Maybe for 6 months or so as long as it was solitary.

Probably close to a year they are slow growers. You could keep it in there as a single specimen till it reaches 6-7".....

it would probably last a year or a little more because they do grow rather slowly. just keep an eye on it and when it gets to around 7" or so then it should be moved up to a larger tank.

Yeah a year should be alright, my GT is 14ths old and around the 6" mark, just moved him from a 65g to 180g.
