good question! someone help! i just bought a carpintis and he was beat up and has a sunken belly. he doesnt eat pellets, he only eats frozen blood worms. how do you treat this?
Maybe just feed him FD food. Mix pellets in with floating dead food such as Red Shrimp or Mysis Shrimp. That's what I did to get my fish to take to pellets. Get them hooked on red shrimp (mine go crazy for them) and then just toss a few pellets in during feeding time. Eventually they'll take to the pellets.
