yeah he can, mine bred at like 3.5in but i would advise holding off on it for the female's sake because she will practically stop growing at whatever size she first breeds
Yeah I wouldn't breed with a female right now unless you can get a larger female that you little guy will accept as a mate, other wise you will end up with a dwarf of a female.
