the angle of your shot makes it hard to determine. also, the fact it's behind a rock in one picture makes it even harder to guess

i post a pic of my gt and most said female and it turned out to be a male

No need to guess, it's obviously a male.

Note the distinct patterning throughout the finnage and the defined worm like markings on the gill plates. The females markings on the gill plate will be smeared, much the same way as a Dempsey's would.

Your gt does have a nice pattern resembling male characteristics. Have patience, and watch the dorsal extension grow to a point then you will know.
