Ok i said he would not stop swimming so i put him in a bowl for 2 mins to get a clear shot. *(My digi cam in crap so i had to use my cell phone cam instead)
I do not feed my arow feeders, i have had him 4 days so i dont know if he is used to feeders, in england we do not get cheap feeders, it is like £1.99 ( approx $4) a gold fish.

Looks like a male to me. Notice how much color he has on the sides.
