Just guessing, lol.

Those cichlids are the mayan cichlids AKA Cichlasoma urophthalmus. Easily mistaken for festae.

are u saying that because of the large eye spot on the caudal base??

'cause i have never seen a festae nor an uropthalmus, so wanted to know what helped u distinguish so, other than the above mentioned

The spot on your fish's tail is big and takes up the whole tail. The festae has a spot on the tail that's only on the upper half of the tail. Another way to distinguish festae from the uro is that te first two bars(stripes) on the festae will connect and form a y. Hope that helped.
