It's just another locale variant for Lap from Guinea. Here's what King-el stated on FB regarding these western type Lapradei's.

It"s been around for a long time, but seldomly marketed. As stated, it's a collection locale for these western lapradei. There's a good handful of them. Just as Endlis. In short, Sakarani are similar to Faranah lapradei. :--)
