There was one that looked similar to yours on a recent thread, and it turned out to be vieja x trimac.
 
post it in the Hybrid section . . . I don't think it's a Red Texas, though it may have some hericthys in it, but if it were a Red Texas, the Hybrid section is where it belongs . . .

I think it could quite possilby have some festae in it but it's in no way a pure festae. :)

That was my thread and the bigger mine gets the more im possitive its a synspillum/flowerhorn and this one looks identical to mine...
 
I used to have a synspilum hybrid called a Red Shock Synspilum. As a mid adult it looked similar to what you have but as it matured it turned all orange like a midas. It was a mean ole @$#&%#! That sucker disconnected filter and air tubes, ripped plastic plants to bite size debri and even turned large rock piles into fallen rubble. With all that said, I still thought he was the coolest fish and loved him
