any good advise? its been growing more and more. I turned off the lights yesterday and im gonna have them turned off for a few days, The bogwood there is an extreme though, the rest of the tank is not quite so bad.

Getting a true flying fox could help eat it away.
But with all those bichir and knifefish you have they may not last.
Hated when I had hair algae.
You could try the black out method.
I tryed it by covering tank with towels and just made temp. rise
For the most part it when away gradually once source of hair algae was remove in my case the live plants I bought.
