guess what 400$ got me today

I would have just bought 100 pounds of base rock and 50 pounds or so of live and let it seed the dead base.

Sad to see 400.00 go for rocks.. :(

HOLY CRAP!!! 400.00 for rocks. WHo cares if they are live.
But then again, if I wanted live rock. I would just go for a dive and pick some up.
 
$4.00 a pound is cheap what kind of rock is it figi, marshal, aqau cultered etc... most rock by be is atleast 7.00 a pound some nice pieces though zach
 
Im talking about Premium Figi for about $160 shipped overnight for 45 lbs... I dont know how big your tank there is, so I cant guess how much rock you have there, but $400 for that really does seem a bit high.
