I moved my african aro with a big net meant for boat fishing. Still jumped out... picked it up and tossed it in.

They are insane jumpers when annoyed/scared.

At first glance I thought it was a pima. I'm not too familiar with the African Aro's, I think this is only the third time I have even seen a picture. I am definitely a fan because I love pimas!

You have one of the sweetest collections. I've been dying to get a african arowana for a long while. Sux though you really have to keep you eyes peeled cause when they are available they seem to disappear in a blink around here. Your's is a truly massively gorgeous fish! I can't wait to see it in the new tank!
