aka. Chinese hooksnout carp. It inhibits streams in fast flowing waters and eats insects and small fish.
Some reference pics, notice the sexual dimorphism. The male is much more colorful.

Nice find! So, it's a carp, but it's not mahseer? It's a minnow, but it's not feeder?
