So I was in the process of cleaning my 20 gallon tall that has two acaras, two severums and a firemouth (all still juveniles, about an inch) and guess what I happened to find? Eggs!!! The severums are still too small to breed (plus I think at this point they're both male) and the firemouth is alone, so they can't be anything but blue acara eggs. I was shocked! I'm already taking care of dempsey babies, lol. It must be breeding season in my household! I had thought both my acaras were male, but guess not. Anybody have experience with acara eggs/babies? Any info would be great.
