Gutts haven't been around lately on any stock lists I've seen. A fish labeled as "Zonatus" has been around. I've seen them in person and they look very similar to what the OP has. There's some controversy on these species IDs in general, so a mystery fish ID is going to a little difficult to be actually IDed and agreed upon.
So, it's 100% vieja/paratheraps. It could be Zonatus or closely related, but whatever it is it will get pretty big and have some attitude.

Yes the store manager had this and like 10 other 1 inch fish in a tank with the label as Uarus and also FH and he's like OOOO thats a nice Uaru. I was pretty sure it wasn't what he said but thats why I love MFK its full of experienced people who can help me get a better idea. I personally have no idea what it is lol kinda makes me feel a little like
