Not really true if you set it up correctly and go r e a l s l o w......... 2 lbs of live rock per gallon with a powerhead and then wait 6 weeks......... add your clean up crew and wait 2 weeks...... add sump with protein skimmer wait a couple more weeks...... add your first coral or fish if doing FOLR and then wait 2 weeks........ do a 10% water change and wait 1 week.... add next coral or fish and then wait 2 weeks...... do a 10% water change and wait 1 week.... add next coral or fish and then wait 2 weeks...... do a 10% water change and wait 1 week.... add next coral or fish and then wait 2 weeks...... etc.....
