Can someone explain what the big deal is with Dats?

I'm not trying to be rude, but I really don't understand what is so special about them. Is it because they are hard to come by, or owner responsive, or get huge?

When they get use to their surrondings they are really responsive.. Plus they look great.

I see RedKid has Cichla Fever. And I know you will be thinking "Dats never enuff"
 
i know I think i'm going to get a few more if i can get the money from my parents.. there just so cute when there little.. it already comes up to the tank for food.. i've only had it for 5hours at the most. Same witht he P.bass...
 
Plus its realy hard to find dats where i live.. The 2 lfs finally have thin bar and wide bar dats.. its been about a couple months since the have had those.. The only other dats they had were a Iran somethin for $180
