Guess what kind of Reptile

The hopper is the Melanophyniscus cambaraensis and the photo is by Dr. Axel Kwet.
I am betting the site that got you to the picture was Amphibians of World 3.0.
I will find a picture to post, another frog or toad I think.

It is a different species but it is a hylidae frog and from the same general area.
 
One hint, the common name comes from the copious ammount of mildly toxic exudate that they exude when bothered.
