Okay, that was a speckled coral snake from central Brazil (Micrurus albicintus).
Here is a lizard found only in one coastal Nature Reserve of one South American country.

Paracas Gecko, geographical distribution is restricted to the Paracas National Reserve, including two islands (La Vieja in the Bahia Independencia and Sangayan west of the Paracas Peninsula).

You got it Davo! binominal is Phyllodactylus angustidititus. bet you can't find one of these in your local petsmart.
