Guess what kind of Reptile

It is either a Black-hooded/ Black-headed/ Hooded Scaly Foot, pygopus nigriceps, without a "hood" or a common Scaly Foot pygopus lepidopodus. I do believe I have the genus nailed ;)
 
Elting44 got it! pygopus nigriceps. I had never heard of them before and was surprised at how much it looked like a snake
 
Yeah, The ear-holes aren't visible in the picture and there were no lateral line pattern to give away legless lizard, props go to Irish for narrowing it down.

Here is an easy one, but it is a favorite of mine since I was just a pup!
