I recently ordered some fish that were listed as Cyclochelichthys apogon. What I received was mostly some super rare barbs(can't say what), some Labiobarbus sp. , and a couple of this fish, or at least fish from the same genus:

I am guessing the drapenka fangova, (Onychostoma fangi) from southeast asia.
 
I found the same photo as was used on fishbase so here is the next one,
