nah, mine are the Indian cousins, Raimas guttatus or similar species!

Beautiful fish, I wonder why so few are brought in.
the fishbase pics make the mouth look bigger so I thought senegalensis, moorei, or batesii.

an Aussie native sometimes called the boney bream, actually a herring.

I had one of these for a couple of months, really common around here, catch a few up to 40cm (16") in nets, mine was around 4 inch and grew to 5inch then died, it was in with tropicals, they have very little flexability i also noticed
