Chanodichthys erythropterus ? doesn't look like it. I've caught them in the Yangtze river and they looked different.

we'll just have to leave it open on that one, as they're hard to differentiate sometimes.
Here is a neat one...I have one in my tank is the hint
although not a good picture, the fish is very distinctive and should help identify it, if need more pictures I can try harder to find one.
