Guess what monster fish this is

Okay, this fish is not very large butis almost indestructible. it will breed in water that is ph 5.3-8.3 and tolerates a hardness range that makes desert pupfish look like wussies, 0.0-30. It also can live in water that is so anoxic that gambusia would die in it.

They are one of only 9 CITES 1 category fish. How the heck would I ever get a hold of them.
