This is not the same fish you gave me, this is a clone. Yes, I cloned your fish and it turn out like this :)
You got me. I didn't have this for 2 years, how long did I have it for? 6 7 months? Aren't you glad they are well taken care of? They might breed soon, I think. How are your pearsei, did they spawn?

How much would a 3" specimen retail for?

HEY CONGRATS, finally seeing someone else with this fish. You are 100% right that the Rio coroni are mean to fish equal or smaller in size. Mine pushes my Geo. Altifrons, Geo Dikrozoster, and THinbar Dat! Never Nips, just pushes with its fat "Horse Head".

As far as the cost, mine was like 7$, i ordered Geo. Surinamensis at a LFS and i got These. I had 3 or so, cant member it was a whiiiiiiiile back when i got them. one turned orange a day after being introduced and died, I still have 1, and its going strong. I dont have many new pictures, and the ones i have arent on my comp, but i can show some old ones, to prove it. HAHA, any breeding yet? And 6" ? mines around 4.25 or so, nice work keepin em healthy. MINE LOOOOOOOOVES EARTHWORMS. and basically anything!

Good Luck.

Josh

PS like i said these pics are olllllld, so my lil guy is small in them.

Anyone else think they look nicer when theyre smaller? i do.

What I don't understand is...WHY??? Who cares if you had the fish for a 2 years or 2 days. You have the fish now and that's whats important. Now how are we ever supposed to know if anything you say is true or just some Bullsh*t you decided to make up. C'mon man, keep it real.

and it is a very unusual and interesting looking fish btw.
