Gulper catfish

Hey i have a gulper catfish an it has a white spot on its top fin an bottom lip idk what it could be please help me i am treating him for parasites and fin rot only 2 treatments in but i want to make sure im treating him right im using imagitarium parasite remedy and im following the directions exactly please help

Looks like from constant swimming against the glass. Kind of scrape looking. Keep the water clean, nitrates below 20ppm.

Would get some plants and place against the sides of the tank. Reduce ur filter flow it’s strong. Also make sure u try and match the water where these fish come from which is soft and acidic.
