after reading beblondie's info on knives, im gonna go with the SA knives( New World Knives). I made a mistake i thought that the the bgk are from africa.

I voted African/Asian because I love my African Brown and I want a Clown so bad I can taste it, but the sheer number of SA species blows me away.

I love Thai food, and have eaten in Bangkok, but I haven't actually eaten chitala chitala to my knowledge. Half the time I wasn't sure what I was eating, though.
