I ordered my wife's South American puffers from there. I'd recommend them if they have something you can't find at a local store. Very good packaging with the shipment I received from them.
It's not bad when they cannot be found within 3 hours of my house at $30-$40 + my $30-$40 in gas....

I ordered from them a while ago. I ordered 7 Red-tail Hemi - Hemiodus gracilus it is the only place I can find them. I am in Ohio and did not want to pay for the more expensive shipping that was going to be more than the fish. Several where DOA I wanted to pick them up at the post office but they delivered it to my house instead. They packed most of them 2 per bag. One bag looked like they had been dead for a while. several where almost dead. the one that was packed by its self was looking pretty good. Long story short none of them are still alive. I am not sure who's fault it was. If they had packed them in a little bit bigger bags one per bag I am sure they all would have made it to my door alive. I am giving up on mail ordering fish unless it is from a state that is next to Ohio. I do watch the web site for rare fish. I give them 2.5 out of 5 stars. We emailed back and forth several times before I made the order and they wanted me to go with the more expensive shipping. but I was willing to take the risk. It was going to be something like $50 for the cheap shipping or $90 for the expensive shipping total. The fish where bigger than I expected.
I didn't even consider shipping but, it is a good deal for HIM since he can not find them near him.

I ordered from them in the fall, used priority shipping. 7/8 fish arrived alive (all were inexpensive). I'd do business with them again.
I did not even email them about it. They are clear about gantries on the web site. They seem like nice people. If I am in the area I want to visit them.
If you're looking for good quality HRP's, look no further than Jeff Rapps at www.tangledupincichlids.com. I don't think you will find any finer dealers than him. I've placed numerous orders with him and they have all been in the winter. Fish always arrive healthy and better than I expected. He's a vendor on MFK and you can find him in the marketplace.
