lol yea nice. He's my buddy so I want to fix him up with a pretty girl regardless, but he dosen't seem to be a fan of female bp or flowerhorn.
It would be cool to get a positive Id though, all I know is that he's vieja, thot he was a fene, but this conversation is giving me doubts about what species he is.

yeah. he's pretty much full size I think, but it seems like they just get bigger and thicker as they mature. He dosen't even have a nuchal hump yet, which I have seen them get when they get big and old.
I'd assume hes at least 1 maybe 2 years old.

Those line bred hartwegi are a notch above most, but I don't think they are worth that much more than a pure one you can find in the states. I think I have seen rapps with them at some time. Just ask him and the handful of other vendors if they can get them in if they don't have them. That is, if what you have is a hartwegi. PICS!
i have many imports from energy11 and ive found him to be one of the most honest sellers on aquabid . his fish are of very high quality, very healthy, and well worth the money givin the time he has put into the breeds he provides to fellow hobbyist.
I do know it is Vieja and back to the beginning of the FH movement, I spoke to a farmer from Thailand today and he told me it is a rare fish.
