what excatly do you gut load into food (crickets, shrimp, ets...) i've heard of lots of ppl doing it. i'm sticking hikari cari sticks into thawed market prawn to add some varity to my silver aro, and am thinking of trying the injection method. just don't know what excatly to inject into the food or how even.

i asked this same question awhile ago about gutloading feederfish and Miles gave me a great idea use vitachem and just "stick" the fish right in the belly next to their poophole i do it every once and a while with goldfish cause you could really pump them up
hmmm...is it some kind of pellet or liquid? like shove the pellet in the poophole? or like a shot? i'll have to see if we have any at my LFS...thanks man
