^ Yeah, green spotted puffers need brackish water, and then as they mature need pretty much full salt...
You will need to buy yourself a hydrometer ASAP, and the correct type of salt to mix into the water that will get you the correct salinity... can't remember what brands most people use, but i'm sure other will chime in and let you know what brands are useful...
otherwise, I THINK... so you will need to double check this, but i think people say Kosher Salt also works? or was it non-iodized salt? but as i said, please double check before doing this, as i dont want you to kill your fish...
