Now you’re showing off your piranhas ?. Nice tank btw. That stuff will just knock it out though right? I’ve heard one good way is to get a bag of water that’s been frozen long enough so it’s slush and then while the fish is knocked out put him in the icebag and continue freezing. Or you could overdose clove oil and preserve in jar of alcohol.

Lol….no, never!(silver dollars though)

Yes same as clove . Prolonged exposure to either, results in death, as they stop
Breathing. Thats why you gotta be quick with surgery. Mild exposure you can revive by placing them in fresh water

off to bed. Thanks guys.

I’m jealous of that picture. Sorry lol I have bad eyes and thought they were piranha lol I’m not the brightest person ever

Went to bed early cause of school for my kids. Sorry for the loss. Think euthanasia is the best way to go for the jag. If the others are improving then would lower the water level and let the fish lay on its side. Floating up near the top of the tank is stress to the max. Cont with Epsom salt in the water, 3 tbsp per 5g. It’s a waiting game unfortunately. The wait can lead the wrong way as well. Best of luck.
