It's not a Buenos Aires but an Astynax or a Bryconamericanus sp.

i prefer pool sand. i do like how play sand has some different sizes but it is just too fine. PFS sinks quickly when disturbed and isn't easily sucked up by a siphon when cleaning or filter intake
