Gymnothorax tile east dragon Goby?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
thats the trade name for it, the marine only snowflake eel is black with yellow and whit coloration. Its pretty confusing to use the same name for 2 much different eels but thats how it goes

G. tile = "snowflake eel"
Does it not?

G. tile= 'freshwater snowflake' eel

E. nebulosa= snowflake eel (the SW kind)

I keep both together and when referring to them I just call the G. tile the "FW moray." Although it is funny because G. polyuranodon is referred to as the 'freshwater moray' in old articles and literature; but other than those neo has posted pics of on here, don't know of too many people that have kept that species.

I'm still looking for those or for E. rhodochilus, which I haven't seen in person in about 2 or 3 years.

Yes, I am very interested in those two species (the brackish eels) when we move to California, hopefully I'll be able to find one of the two :)
