H. Bocourti variants

in this article the author figure that H. Bocourti has two variants,one is Rio Polochic,anther is a more orange species.
anyone one know H. Bocourti variants info?

Bocourti are so rare in nature we are lucky to have them in the hobby, as far as I know they are all orange and I have never seen any that look very much different from any others out there. http://www.cichlid-forum.com/articles/cic_bocourti.php

This is the wild male bocourti Buddha1200 aka John refers to as his favorite fish. Ira this is the pic i was telling you about(its the male you sent me)coloring up nicely.

cant seem to catch a pic of the female she is always in her favorite spot behind the driftwood

Here are some pictures of my dominant bocourti. They are F1 from Lago Del Isabel. . . so not sure if that defines them as a different variant or not. I love em though.

They recently have started getting black on their chins at times, looks really cool. Wish I could get a picture of them when they are fully colored up. Perhaps the next water change I'll shoot a few. . .
