And I never said what temps you SHOULD be keeping them at either...I just said tropical temps are bad for them...
Keeping cold water fish in tropical conditions ain't right. You are reducing that fishes lifespan ATLEAST by half.
Wow whats with all the hate? And afaik logperch, bass, grass pickerel and hog sucker ranges all extend deep into the south where the water gets pretty warm.. year round....
But they don't live in places that have tropical temps year round, that's the whole point of what were trying to make this guy understand...
What exactly is a tropical temp? And I don't remember him ever specifying a temperature that he kept his fish at. I think this has more to do with people trying to be know it all's. This thread has been derailed .
Thanks Gator! and I sold it today anyways. I had no intention of keeping it for along time any way. And Gator your 100% right it seems like its the same few people that are on here all the time. they must not have anything better to do with there time.
