I have a feeling my Jag is going to be the monster. He snags every piece of food that drops into the tank. It's actually hard to feed the other fish lol.

no quarantine? You're braver than I. I always quarantined new fish for 2-3 weeks.

I should have but I didn't want to deal with it. I should have put him in a quarantine but this petsmart kept their tanks up. I inspected him close and saw no problems so i said what the hell.

you would think the fish was venomous the way his handles the 3" fish. I hope everything works out for you.

Nice save, cichlids are pretty hardy. My oscar bailed from his tank while i was doing a water change and landed 5ft onto concrete floors. I heard a thud and saw him flopping on the floor. He was scratched up a bit, but he healed up nicely.

too late for me ive never see a fish grow so fast in a month
one day hes 2.5" nex hes 8" ive had him almost 2 months i kinda over feed him like all my CA/SA cichlids and flower horns they just dont stop eating
