Does it really matter where I am? Its not illegal to have, only illegal to sell. I don't get why everyone makes such a big deal. kinda like rays, Illegal in some states but everyone still has em.

The cert says it was bred in Malaysia from Lake Ocean Aquarium. Would it be considered a Malaysian Gold then ? I've always wondered, maybe someone can answer this?
