haddoni fish killer?

yeah not into mini carpets
i want a gigantea or haddoni if possible...
especially a gigantea... just not sure if my lights could handle it.
its a 12bulb t5 fixture.... 39watts per
land i know they like being on rocks so that should help

Mini carpets are known to eat clowns.
Remember that fish eating nems are fish eating nems. They dont care, they dont have brains. They have a knee jerk reaction, and then they eat that fish.
Very few people in the reefing hobby are getting mini-nems hosted.
Many are getting their clownfish eaten when they try. Do a search on R2R about it.

Its true, it is reflex and they will eat w/e they can, but at least a 6" nem can only eat little fishies, your 6"+ fish shouldnt have any trouble with them, and with futher reading I have also found that mini carpets are a bit nasty when it comes to clowns (not that I expected anything else).

Completely agree with the second half, but think about it this way...

Even if the nem cant EAT the fish, there is nothing stopping it from trying to catch it, and stinging it.

Im not saying he shouldnt do it, I am just saying that he should be braced for the worst when he comes in and his fish has been badly wounded by a healthy nem.
