Hair algae and brown algae ?

New to salt water and noticed this brown algae and hair algae starting to take over. Tank has been running for over a month now at least close to 2. So I know it’s expected but how do I help control it? It’s a 10 gallon nanno tank with just live sand, live rock, a turbo snail, clown fish, and another fish.

There are numerous fish and invertbrates that will consume algae, but your space is somewhat limited. Here is an article that may help

One other thing. You can grow macroalgae like Caulerpa prolifera which will compete with the nuissance algae for nutrients.
