I'm looking at both very high output actinic lights and metal halide for my 400 gallon reef. I need to know which will be suited to a 6 foot long 3 foot deep and 3 feet wide either halide or actinic or even both incorporated with a timer and moon lights in a DIY reflector that has 4 to 6 cooling fans i need to know whatever light is best and it really dosen't matter which corals i keep because the tank is so deep the light will go from high to low as it reaches the bottom.
