Halo! The Xbox was made for Halo. This game made millions buy the Original Xbox. Halo is legendary. It's frickin aliens with damn plasma swords and popcorn flood....how can any game beat that!!! Halo will be remembered for years, decades. Without Halo the Xbox wouldn't have sold nearly as many nor would the 360. What do you think when someone says what is the best Xbox game ever made? What are you going to say.....especially if you were playing when the Original Xbox was the only one.
Is there even a competition? COD doesn't really have anything good that other FPS games don't (B2H, Ghost Recon, etc), while Halo has custom maps, tonnes of teamwork, weapon variety (you've got 200 weapons in COD, and THEYRE ALL SMGS!), you have the plasma pistol, which seals any deal for me (they beat swords and ghammers IME) and when you play PC halo games (one and two are available on PC) you have some insane modding capabilities you just don't see in other FPS. The shields give to more epic battles in 1v1, you don't need to unlock weapons, and no killstreaks.
