No, that's a horrible price for F4s. You can buy F2 and F3 direct from the breeders for that price range (in Bengals at least, Savannahs are much more expensive). Now, the prices for the heavily spotted early generations (as opposed to the marbled), that won't be anywhere near $400-600, those up near a grand and change usually.

I always find them for 400 or so. Cats beside siamese and similar uber common breeds almost always command a premium. I was eyeing up an egyptian mau and for a silver was eyeing up a 1k tag. Note im not huge on bengals so I dont research them constantly

i went to the show pick up a bumble bee ball python and spider ball python,was tempted to get a purple reticulated python(juvie)but i thought th price was a little steep.
hope at the next one the have more fans,it was hot as hell in there even when it started raining.

Egyptian Maus are gorgeous, but yea the 1k tags are something. And to get them with breeding rights, woo boy, they're a real piece of change. I'm not a huge fan of Bengals, I just have a lot of breeders around me (and I only know this because their cats have a habit of being dumped in the shelters I work at, we've have quite a few over the last 4 or 5 months
poor things). Have you seen the Munchins or Toygers yet? Those are really neat designer breeds, a bit pricey but definitely cool.I don't think I've ever seen anyone with a bobcat, only hybrids. That'd be really cool.
Oh, geez... it just made it so humid in there. I was hot and sticky, they need industrial fans in there lol. Who had the retic, I think I missed that one.

i was there at 11ish and it was packed!...one turtle vendor, a heavier fellow was finish setting up his table and someone stole 6 turtles from under him. in a place that packed you really need an extra set of eyes to watch over.
