Thanks can you tell me were you get these strips? I want to try this with my florida gar.

Walmart they dont come in strips though, they come as individually packaged fillets. I thaw one fillet and cut it into strips.

Lol I will watch. Out and I have grunt strips in my freezer do u u think I can feed my gar those even though it was a saltwater fish?

awesome, i do the same with the fillets. my 4 year old has his "pinchers" (plastic salad tongs) hanging above the tank because he helps me feed the fish. no bites yet from the gar, the catfish thats another story before the tongs....
