Lol you guys think you've achieved (only jokin lol)?!!! my pictus catfish eats from my hand!!! Had him for a year now. I trained him by tapping on the glass first when its feeding time, then after that I got a pipette and sucked up jellied daphnia with that and tapped the glass, and squirted it in his mouth when he was coming up to it then went on to hand feed him. but i'm scared of his whiskers so I let him come up to the surface and then i just put three or four bloodworms half into the surface of the water so he can see it then i just drop it into his mouth.

pics of yesterday's feeding! Lumpy definitely is the most aggressive hand feeding catfish I've ever had! lol enjoy
Those r sum awesome pictures necro! i just think its so amazing that u managed to train ure TSNs to handfeed...mine r so scared of me even though they r huge!

i could get my rtc to actually sit in my palm for a good few mins when he was small... about 4 to 5 inches. I gave up on the whole petting/hand feeding though when he went into a larger tank. Its so hard to get my whole arm down in there and he usually just shys away from me just out of reach of my hand like he knows i cant reach him lol.

tnx for the compliments. Lumpy is definitely the least skittish and most personable catfish that I have. I think his deformity makes him more opportunistic than my other catfish. He knows he's messed up and makes up for it with his tenacity

the last one is awesome necro

and hey stotty the vids are great
in the first vid at6 0:04 are you afraid of your hybrid eating your hand off

Necrocanis...those are wonderful, beautiful pictures. They show it like it is...whether it is fish or dogs or anything that needs to trust to live...and they show it clearly. ;) Awesome, awesome pictures....
