Hand Feeding Snakeheads

I realize this isn't the best idea. Yesturday i was hand feeding my bleheri krill, and a couple of times they missed the krill completely and hit my knucles. Crazy jumpers these little guys...thank God there just babies!

Note to everyone on the site, if you enjoy having fingers don't hand feed your Snakeheads

I have been hit in the eye by my Channa Aurantimaculata at 7", I was looking over the tank and he flew out of the water and hit me, I had a small bruise for a couple of days.

I would not want to be hit by him now at 14"

He actually hit me on the bone just above the eye. I'm always cautous when feeding him now.

happen to me also..

last night i was playing around @ the tank cover... my rainbow spotted my hand..thus decided to jump .. Gave me a fright.. hahaha

but i guess.. small channa won't do much harm to us..
*just remember not to fool around with the monster red snakehead ..

do you have any idea where i can get snakeheas? preferably shipped so i dont have to travel.
