Hand Feeding Snakeheads

Yeah, my lil red almost bite me a few times & I defianltly felt the impact of him striking the feeding tongs, but I find it healthier & cheaper to feed him krill with tongs/hands then using feederfish. Trying to get him to eat food once its dropped into tank, so no risk of biting when older too. Plus kinda cute/cool to hand-feed, makes him tamer perhaps?
 
Got my 4" Obscura yesterday, can handfeed!!!!
Hit my finger, did'nt release until 2-3 seconds after.
 
I wish snakeheads were legal here just so I could try that!
 
...not too smart.
 
haha, i hand feed my micro 2 years ago.... while they were below 5 inches, its fun, but wth care.
