has anybody ever had a few groups of haps breeding in the same tank without hybridization?

Yes it can be done. Make sure each species has multiple females and that they don't resemble each other.

do you think taiwan reef, borleyi, and deep water haps could be done in a 125? The females do look different from each other.

Will be a tough one even when the females do not look similar. Mouth brooders all go thru the same motions to get those eggs fertilized.

Its just an idea as of now, I would much rather have three 55 gallon or 40 gallon breeders for each species but my landlord wouldn't be down with that considering she pays the electric bill. Maybe I can just put them out of sight and she'll never know ;)
